As our pieces are custom made to order, please allow 5 business days for your piece to be completed. Shipment time is added to the time it takes to make the piece and will vary by your location.
Domestic Shipping
We are happy to offer FREE Priority Mail shipping to those living in the United States. Please allow 3 days after production to receive your package.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee and will vary in price depending on your order size. Please contact us at info.lockettbridal.com for this request.
International Shipping
We are happy to provide our products to those living outside of the United States. We ship worldwide for only $21 and use Priority International mail, as it is the most affordable. Once you place your order and provide your location, you will receive a separate billing for shipping.
Please keep in mind that this does not include any import duties or VAT charges. Please be aware of your country's importing laws.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if there is an irresolvable issue and you find that you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return authorization number. Returns sent without an authorization number will not be accepted. All tags must be attached and we will not honor return requests that take place after your wedding date.
In addition to returns we accept exchanges and are happy to make alterations in regard to size and color if requested. Just contact us and we would be more than willing to work with you on any special request you may have.
We only pay for return shipping if an error was made on our part.
Returns on Custom Pieces
Because custom pieces are tailor-made for a particular bride’s color scheme and require special supplies, there is a 20 percent fee on custom returns which will be deducted from the refund once the piece is returned.
